Noel Dyett
Director
Noel Dyett is the sole director of JH Curnow & Son Pty Ltd and licensee for the Curnow Dyett Real Estate Agency. He commenced working in real estate in 1981 when he joined Curnow Dyett, Bendigo's oldest real estate agency.
Noel is a licensed estate agent, Certified Practising Valuer and experienced auctioneer. He is a Fellow of both the Real Estate Institute of Australia and the Australian Property Institute.
Noel is a former director and past president of the Real Estate Institute of Australia and the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.
His experience in real estate in Bendigo includes residential, commercial and industrial sales, leasing, management, valuations and commercial owners Corporation management. Noel has acted for and advised private individuals, government and industry in strategic property sales and acquisition.
Noel's aim is always to ensure that when you want to sell your home or commercial property you receive the best advice, the best service and the best results. Noel believes that a true agent stands in the shoes of his principal, which means that your best interests are placed before anything, or anyone, else. At all times he will act with integrity and fairness to all, but the primary focus is always to obtain the best result for you!

Andrew's extensive local knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry, spanning more than twenty years in Bendigo, ensures that when you list your home for sale, you will achieve what you are looking for - a sale at the best price possible.

With over 10 years experience in residential sales in Bendigo, Jenny has enjoyed selling a wide range of homes, from modest miners cottages, to 60s cream brick veneers, ultra-modern townhouses, farmlets and period mansions! Every sale is a thrill, some easy, some hard, but it is always enjoyable to help people make their next move, and to run into happy clients enjoying their homes years later.

Win is employed as an administrative assistant for both the sales and property management departments. Win is an experienced office manager and is usually the first point of contact when you call Curnow Dyett.

Accounts
Carol has been retained by Curnow Dyett on a consultative basis and as an office administrator and personal assistant to managing director Noel Dyett for several years. Carol provides much of the back room administration backup for the real estate and auction business.
